Who is behind Video Quotes?

Do I need to film anything?
No. We build your animated kit once, from your logo and photos. Every video after that is made from your kit and the customer's details.
What does my customer need to watch it?
Just the link you send them by WhatsApp, text or email. It opens on their phone or computer, with nothing to download.
Which customer details do you need?
Their first name, the area they live in and the options you quoted. You send the link yourself, so we don't need their phone number or email. We never contact your customers or use their details for our own marketing. Read our privacy notice
Who owns my characters and videos?
You do. Your animated engineer, van, mascot and scenes, and every video quote we make for you, belong to your business. Keep using them on your website, social media, leaflets and vans with no licence fees, even if you stop the monthly plan. New video quotes and your portal need an active plan.
What if I don't like my character?
You approve your animated characters before any video is made, with 2 rounds of changes included. Every video then follows the set template.
Can I change a video after it's made?
Yes. Each video includes 2 free changes.
What if I need more than 40 videos in a month?
Top up any time: 5 more videos for £40.
Which trades does it work for?
Any trade that quotes homeowners. Our examples cover gas and oil boilers, heat pumps, air con, windows and doors, and rewires.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time after the 3-month minimum. You pay the £499 set-up when you sign up. Your £149 a month starts once you've approved your kit, and the 3 months count from then.
What happens to my social posts if I cancel?
Every post we've already sent you is yours to keep and use. The monthly posts stop when your plan ends.
How long until I can send my first video?
Your kit is ready within 24 hours of finishing the five set-up steps. You approve your characters, and from then on each video only needs the customer's details.
